South African Tourism (SAT) is set to organise four-city road show in India in January next year. The road shows, which will be held in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, will enable travel agents to learn more about South Africa, how to promote and sell the destination to their clients, as well as showcase the destination's varied offerings.
The success of the previous road shows encouraged SAT to explore emerging markets within India that hold great potential for the destination. Commenting on the announcement, Hanneli Slabber, Country Manager, South African Tourism India, said, ?SAT has always placed a special focus on growing the Indian market. As more and more travellers from India are choosing to travel to South Africa, we are continuously enhancing our efforts in building, sustaining and further developing our relationships and engagements with our key stakeholders in the country to keep pace with the growing demand.?
